Welcome to Ryder Rancheria and the Ryder Game Cabin a 2 bd/1ba, sofa bed, and air mattress. A mostly enclosed yard with plenty of outdoor seating and a hammock. More recreation to come...please give us your ideas. The space Tv's throughout the space, one is a fire stick only. no cable TV, sign on to your own viewing subscriptions with smart TV. Blue Tooth speakers. The living room space is a game room with a sleeping couch. Just lift the ottoman lid. A small kitchenette, so we added a wet bar in the guest room with an air fryer, Ninja blender, mini fridge, dishwasher, and laundry. The property is powered by a Generac generator when PGandE is out. We do not offer BBQ, but you are welcome to bring your own propane or electrical. No fire is allowed on the property. This unit is not pet-friendly. The Log Cabin and Royal Cottage are pet-friendly. On the property are 4 unique experiences that are overnight stays. You are in the Ryder Rancheria Royal Game Cabin. Up the left side driveway is the Ryder Rancheria Log Cabin and Ryder Rancheria Royal Cottage and to the right of you is the Ryder Rancheria Captain's Den. All a themed experience. Guest access The Ryder Game House and front yard. Hiking for everyone is available up the hill. The trail starts in front of the Ryder Log Cabin. There is a hidden trailhead in the back of the Ryder Game Cabin. The property has a generator and during your stay if the power goes out. It will start up within minutes to keep the lights on for you. Please note you are in a small neighborhood. We ask that if you interact with neighbors you treat them with respect. You may meet them on the road or walking around. There is a neighbor that lets his dog chase your car. Please be respectful at all times when visiting. If I get a call that says otherwise, you may be asked to leave with no refund. Thank you! Other things to note Please note when the plumber installed the shower faucet he did it backwards.
