We are surrounded by Brisbane Waters National Park and close to Bouddi National Park, both a mecca for many beautiful and scenic walks and spectacular beaches. We are only ten minutes from the M1 turnoff and Gosford city yet only ten minutes from the beaches and a wide range of cafes and restaurants at Ettalong and Umina. The space The property is a bright welcoming family home situated in leafy, quiet Phegans Bay surrounded by birds and nature. My home is very clean, comfy and cute but some areas need a little work as I moved here recently. Guest access Guests are welcomed with their own private queen sized bedroom and bathroom and have access to the facilities of my home and gardens. During your stay Although I'm frequently away on assignment or travelling I'm always available by text should I not be in residence.
