The 43" Smart TV perfect for a morning cup of tea in bed before your day begins ! There is a washer / Dryer and iron and board housed in the cupboard in hallway , Eco Laundry balls for washing and drying are provided . By arrangement storage for bikes , surf boards and wet suits is available free of charge . We are happy to offer the loan of folding camping chairs , outdoor rug , picnic set , beach towels and portable swing ball set for your use on the beach upon request . Guest access To the rear of Pier View is a communal courtyard, This is accessed by a door in the hallway at ground floor level. Designated smoking area. BBQs are not permitted in this area due to fire safety regulations. Other things to note We wish you a most comfortable stay.. There is roadside parking all along the seafront , to the South side of the Pier Parking is unrestricted , there is a pay and display car park at St Michaels Church a short stroll away . Portable fans will be provided in summer months . Upon request , in the store room , there are folding camping chairs , beach towels , outdoor rug , a picnic set and a foldable swing ball game for beach fun ! Unfortunately we do not accept Pets .
