Park Place Bellaire offers a clean, cozy retreat to unwind and enjoy northern MI’s charm. Steps from downtown Bellaire’s restaurants and shops, it’s also across from the park with walking/biking paths, a beach, kayak drop, tennis, basketball courts, and more. Skiing and golfing are a short drive away. After a day of adventure, relax in the private hot tub in the fully fenced yard with 2 fire pits and patio. Enjoy friendly competition with cornhole and ping pong in the heated attached garage. The space Our home has an open living dining concept with the primary bedroom with en-suite at the rear of the home. Two bedroom upstairs as well as full bath, loft with extra sleeping arrangements and a work space. The garage has the patio furniture stored during the winter as well as the grill (all is accessible) along with a shelf full of fun that you are welcome to use. It includes snow shoes, life jackets, tennis racquets and balls, pickle ball paddles, ladder ball, corn hole boards and bags, bocci ball as well as a basketball. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. We do have a locked closet for our personal possessions as we do frequent our home. There are two garage storage cabinets that are locked as well and used for storage and home improvement supplies. Other things to note The home features a large fire pit with seating for 8. We do not provide firewood. Also the large upstairs bedroom has a door leading to a small deck with railing and a beautiful view. Please do not climb over railing or enter or exit the home through any windows.
