The Shop - Trendy Studio in the heart of Wilmette

Located in the heart of downtown Wilmette, our studio offers a unique stay in a fantastic location. Recently updated with new furniture, kitchen finishes, and design touches! Spacious and within walking distance to all that Wilmette has to offer. This private apartment comes with an outfitted kitchen, cozy lounge area, full stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and one uncovered surface parking spot. The space Spacious studio apartment with an enclosed sleeping area. Full bathroom with shower. The open living plan includes a lounge area and a full kitchen. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment. It is on the ground level of a two-story building. There is a shared laundry room on the premises. Other things to note Please only book if you will be staying as one of the guests. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept your reservation request if you are booking on behalf of another person. Please keep shoes off when inside the unit. Some dogs are OK with an additional non-refundable pet fee per pet. We do have breed restrictions and do not allow dogs over 35 lbs. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The apartment is in a brick building which helps it stay cool during the summer months. Please note the shared washer/dryer is in the building next door. If you wish to use them please ask us for instructions.
