Comfortable apartment with kitchen, balcony, own bathroom, free reliable wifi. Very close to the beach. Including: hot water shower, cooker (stove), hot water kettle, microwave, utensils, air condition, bed sheets, towels. Please note, for stays longer then 27 days: We charge electricity at 6 Baht (about 20 US cents) per unit according to the meter reading. All other fees included. The space The apartment is very close to the beach. This apartment is not brand new anymore, but don´t worry its clean. There is also noise from the road on the other side of the building but I don´t think it will disturb you unless you are very sensitive. Guest access You have your own private apartment and own kitchen. Other things to note There is Wifi and also LAN in the apartment.
