The property offers a multi Bedroom and a separate small house. Our location is private and with beautiful views surrounding all angles of the property. There is a private dock from the property to the Dam. The space This is country home with corridors around the house, there is a multi room with a king size bed, and 4 twin beds, it has a private bathroom with shower, an L shape sofa with a gas fireplace. A flat screen TV, and DVD player and a hammock. There is a full equipped open kitchen. And a separate small house with 3 bedrooms each offer a single bed. It has its own private bathroom with a shower. There are 2 extra foam mattresses to accommodate 2 additional people. Guest access Everything is accessible to the guests . Including the private boat dock that is right at the Dam, there are steps to get to the dock. A wooden fire pit that can also be used to cook, a balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery and a gas Barbecue Grill. A washer is also available. Other things to note A cook and housekeeping is available for a reasonable price, Oma can cook all traditional colombian dishes. You can take a boat to Guatape that is just 15 minutes away and they will pick you up right at the property at extra charge and upon request. A chiva car can take you from Guatape to Piedra del Penol which is only 7 minutes away. Or transportation from the property to Guatape, El Penol or Piedra del Penol is also availabe at extra charge.
