This historic Winona home has gone through a complete renovation to make your stay enjoyable. It is in close proximity to many of the attractions that make Winona special: hiking/biking trails, Winona State University, Mississippi River, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Lake Winona, Saint Mary’s University, Minnesota Marine Art Museum, music festivals, the winter ice wall and so much more. The space In order to provide you with the best stay possible the following amenities are provided: A full kitchen with pots and pans, cooking sheets, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and basic cooking spices. There is a microwave, full stove and oven, dishwasher (soap provided), refrigerator with ice maker, crockpot, and coffee pot (coffee provided). There is counter seating for 3 and a dining table with 4 chairs. In the living room there is a full sized couch, a chair and a smart TV. There are board games and playing cards in the bench by the front door. The main floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and sitting area. A large closet and laundry room are adjacent. Laundry pods, dryer sheets, ironing board and iron are provided. The full bathroom is located on the main floor. Towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins beds. There is a twin air mattress and linens available in the closet if needed. A half bathroom is on the floor also for your convenience. In the backyard there is a seasonal patio with a grill, seating, and a gas fire table. An outside spigot and hose are available for use (bike cleaning!). There are 2 off street parking spots off of the alley (Winona has alternate side parking regulations in winter months).
