This place is ideal for those looking for something exceptional. -With incredible ocean views -You can walk down to the beach and back to your stay -Restaurants with a wide range of cuisine nearby -Farmatodo just a few meters away -A restored apartment -With high-speed fiber internet connection IMPORTANT: There is no fixed parking The space Upon entering, you will find a very comfortable apartment with well-defined environments. -Kitchen, brand new and very bright, integrated with its breakfast-dining room and with appliances (it does not have an oven) - A living room with a 2-seater sofa and built-in TV with Amazon FireStick system (Netflix, Youtube and PlutoTV) - A balcony with incredible ocean views and a table for hanging out -Bedroom with closet, TV (with FireStick) and desk -Bathroom with shower (heater) and toilet and external sink with large mirror Guest access It has a swimming pool with grass around it for sharing Other things to note -The building does not have fixed parking spaces, you can park wherever you want. -The complex's parking lot does not have enough spaces for the number of apartment units. There is a possibility that at some point there will be no internal space and you will have to park in front of the building. So far it has not happened but it is a possibility. The building has permanent private surveillance in the area in front of the building.
