Cozy 3 bedroom full apartment next to the Subway

Comfortable apartment, just renewed and cozily decorated. It has everything you need for your stay in Panama City: fully equipped kitchen, working areas and high-speed Wifi internet. We clean once a week. It has hot water, washing machine and dryer. You can reach a Subway station in a five-minute walk; so, you can manage without a car, but you do have an indoor parking space. The building has 24-7 private security, a private park and a rooftop with quite the view. The space Every room has either one or two bedside tables, comfortable mattresses, pillows, air conditioning, ceiling fans and plenty of storage rooms in roomy closets. The apartment experiences good breeze, since it has crossed-ventilation, so you probably won't feel like you need to have the air conditioner on most of the time. Every room includes a strong desk and a chair; so that every room doubles as an office. TV has a Roku installed (smart TV adapter), and you can control it with your phone using the app, with a remote control and/or a wireless keyboard. You can log into your streaming service accounts (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.) some internet TV and Youtube. All power strips have voltage protection and power surge protection. Internet connection is good and secure; we made sure to configure the router with the best security protocols, since we also love to stay in the place and are privacy minded. There are no cameras anywhere in the apartment. The building does have security cameras in all expected places of common areas. The apartment is very private, as there are no neighbors close by the living room nor both rooms that face the street (good distance from it not to feel noisy). One room does face another tower, but there are blinds that give you good enough privacy and the design of both towers allows for privacy as well. Guest access You will be able to access the whole property at any time, use the parking space, common areas and rooftop. Our neighbors are very friendly. Some ammenities in social area need reservation: BBQ and special rooftop event room). You can visit the rooftop without issues; it is a very tall building, which allows for quite a view of Panama City, and it cooled by a permanent breeze. Other things to note We have included books, maps and instructions of our favorite places for dining out, and can help you decide where else in Panama City or throughout the country to plan your next adventure, from where to get the best cup of coffee to which island is best to visit in Kuna Yala, or what to pack if you want to visit Bocas del Toro. We speak various languages, and are very familiar with hosting and traveling ourselves, and are constantly learning about Panamanian History :) If you would like to prepare coffee in a particular way, let us know so that we can set a different method for you, and recommend where to get the best grains. Smoking in the apartment and common areas of the property is prohibited (including the park and rooftop), and hefty fines apply if neighbors complain about it to the administration or if detected by cameras (they are transferred to the guests via Airbnb). By law, common areas of residential buildings are also smoke-free. Public spaces are the only option, and if anyone sharing the space requests it, smokers are expected to put cigarettes down or move away from people who request it.
