Room is rented in the Chamberí neighborhood. It is located next to Calle Ponzano which is the trendiest area of the capital with a lot of young people. The Ríos Rosas metro is less than a minute away and communicates in just 4 stops with the Gran Vía. The common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are shared with 4 roommates. The space The bedroom is small but comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay, high ceilings and a 140x200 bed, it has a study desk, large mirror and bedside table. The atmosphere in the apartment is quiet as parties are not allowed and no smoking, no pets allowed. We are focused on rentals for long stays, so there will be no new comrades coming in and out of the apartment continuously. Guest access Guests can access the common areas: kitchen and bathroom, which are cleaned weekly by a professional. The apartment doesn't have a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine and a free washing machine.
