Quiet house in town

Large family home, 5 bedrooms, large kitchen to eat together, large living room, 3 bathrooms, small garden but facing a large landscaped public garden. This is not a vacation rental, but our main house, so the comfort is that of a house in which it is good to live every day; everything is prepared so that you are at home. It is ideally located to visit all of Brittany. The space On the ground floor, there is a bedroom (140 bed) with shower room and toilet, then a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and freezer) and a gym with semi-rigid spa, sauna, treadmill and exercise bike. The living rooms are upstairs but connected by stairs or elevator from the bedroom with arrival in the game room, so no problem to carry up luggage and groceries! So on the first floor: a games room (16 m2) with toy cabinet, a large living room (42 m2) with wood-burning stove, 3 sofas + armchairs, a kitchen/dining room (28 m2) with a large table for 12 people and even more. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom (bathtub and shower), a toilet. On the second floor (staircase) are 3 bedrooms with a double bed plus 2 single beds in each of the bedrooms. A crib with bars completes one of the bedrooms. You also have, on this level, a shower room with large shower (120 X 90) and toilet, as well as a changing table. The "products" on site are at your disposal, we just ask you to replace what you finish. Guest access A large house entirely at your disposal.
