Dining area with table and sofa & single bed, kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge, work benches, pots 'n' pans, utensils, cups & plates, tea & coffee. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to Bendigo Hospital, Showgrounds, Bendigo Art Gallery, 50m swimming pool (outdoor and heated), Rosalind Park & CBD (20 min walk) Ideal if you work at the hospital (5min walk). The space The cottage is separate from a main house on the same block (1000 square metres) Plenty of on-street parking. Parking off-street next to cottage on property is possible by prior arrangement. An outdoor sitting area is welcome for use. Guest access Own access to cottage via small three steps. Other things to note The kitchen is very functional. Four electric tops and griller work but unfortunately the oven doesn't. Aircon in kitchen/dining area. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine in the nearby main house. There is no TV antennae connection in the cottage. There is a TV & DVD player, TV can connect to your laptop. The budget prices I offer for my accommodation rely on guests having three-minute showers and being mindful with usage of electricity. Please turn off heater/aircon when not in the cottage. The house is a non-smoking and non-vaping place. No dogs, thanks.
