The space This spacious home has water views of Gig Harbor on one side, with garden & tree top views out every window. Near many amenities but surrounded by nature. Families of deer frequent the yard & a pair of bald eagles have a nest very close by. This spacious log home has three levels. Enter from the covered front porch into the lovely foyer with piano & rustic antler chandelier. Main floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds & barn door, huge kitchen with island & bar seating, three separate dining areas, a comfortable living room with TV & gas fireplace, and a half bath. Large deck off the living room has a water view of Gig Harbor. Upstairs you’ll find a cozy loft overlooking the foyer with daybed for lounging or sleeping, along with three large bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a 5-piece en suite bathroom with separate shower & large, romantic soaking tub. This room has a king bed, full size bed & small crib, walk-in closet, & private deck with water view of Gig Harbor. Two other large bedrooms upstairs have king beds, vaulted ceilings, huge windows & share the full hall bath. The basement has a large game room & TV, air hockey & foosball tables, as well as a bathroom with shower & laundry room. One couch pulls out to sleep on. The basement walks out to the backyard. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy with the exception of the garage, and 2 basement storage rooms which are all locked & off limits to guests. Other things to note There is room for 2-3 cars to park in the driveway in front of the home. More parking is available in the driveway around the back of the home. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. You must collect and dispose of all smoking materials in a safe manner. We allow up to two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $70 for up to 2 dogs, which will be added to your reservation after booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture, cannot be left alone inside the home unless crated, and must be leashed at all times when outside. (We do not have a fenced area for pets.) You must clean up after your pet’s waste.
