The VILLA Baan Dam is located in a secure residence " THE GREYS ". The residence is very quiet and very close to all amenities. Only 5 min away from Bophut Beach and the famous Fisherman's Village. Also 10 min from the Airport and 10 min from Chaweng Beach. Come to enjoy this unique environment where you can also enjoy a very large shared swimming pool. Guest access The pool is shared Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: • Additional cost of 1000 B for late check-in (later than 8:00 pm) • additional cost of 1000 B for late check-out (later than 11:00 AM) • Bookings through a third person are not allowed! The person who booked must appear in person on the day and sign the rental agreement! • The name of the booking person must match the name on the passport! • In case of exceeding the number of persons, 800 B will be charged per person/night (by arrangement) • ABSOLUTE SMOKING BAN in enclosed spaces 🚭 (In case of infringement, a contractual penalty of B 5000 will be due. The rental agreement will be terminated immediately) • Passport with stamp must be presented! • In case of lost keys, a fine of 1000 B ❗️ • All types of property damage will be fined on site! • Drugs and weapons are NOT allowed! • Electricity is consumption-dependent and is charged separately to promote environmentally friendly consumption (8 B per kilowatt) ❗️ •Water consumption free • Each villa has its own private parking space • Share pool (community pool) free. Please read “Pool Rules” before entering ❗️ • We come to clean once a week!
