Sea facing seating area is the best part of all. Open to the sky terrace is designed to enjoy different moods of the sea with shades of the sky during the day, the twinkling of stars, and moonlight at night. Sea Nest looks as it would seem in a fairytale. The moment you enter the property you would sense serenity and harmony. You will definitely enjoy your stay as modern amenities coexist with the natural beauty of the place. The place is on a small hill of the village nevare, It is 7 km away from the famous Ganpatipule Temple and 5 km away from aare ware beach. Property Layout : Ground Villa Bedrooms: There are 3 Bedrooms in the Villa. All Bedrooms are on the Ground Floor. 2 bedrooms have air-conditioners. 2 bedroom has a King- sized bed and one bedroom have a queen-sized bed. Extra bedding can be provided on request Living Room: There is a sofa seater for 10 people. There is a dining table for 8 people. Bathroom: There are 3 Bathrooms in the Villa. There are 2 attached bathrooms to 2 bedrooms Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are provided. Geysers are available in all the bathrooms. Modern bathrooms are fitted with shower panels powered by booster pumps to give a rich bathing experience. Kitchens and Meals The kitchen has a refrigerator, toaster, gas stove, microwave, and water purifier. Cutlery and crockery are available. We have an in-house chef available. Home Made food can be arranged upon request. Kindly connect with your dedicated host in advance with regard to the chef's availability. Outdoor Area: The Villa has an amazing garden and Seaview The Garden is designed on a tropical theme which brings out nature at its best. Additional Amenities: WiFi is available ( Complimentary) Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests if required. Secured car parking space available for 3 cars A separate gym area is provided Indoor activities like carrom, cards, and karaoke. House Rules: Music is not allowed in the outdoor area post 10 pm. Soft music can be played indoors provided doors and windows are shut. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. KYC for all guests is mandatory Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports. Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Guest access A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival. The amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase, the checkout time is adhered to and no damages are done by guests.
