The GREEN Tiny House

Property is a 100% fully rehabbed 1940 colonial style homestead. We made every effort to keep or reuse all the materials we could, to minimize the waste that ends up in the landfill. We used modern construction materials and techniques to make these units super efficient with the least long-term carbon footprint. There is a Kitchen microwave & mini fridge. NO STOVE The space BIKES!!! There are two B-Cycle bike rental spots close by. Grab tacos, local shaved ice or one of the breweries, checkout UofH campus or the new EADO area. GOLF CART!!! Private tours of the neighborhood sights, breweries, local restaurants & bar drop offs available. Message for inquiries. There is also a great common area outside that everyone is welcome to use. Other things to note Small dogs are ok for short-term stays. Larger dogs and long-term stays are negotiable. Just message me to discuss in more detail. The unit inside is wheelchair / handicap accessible with no stairs or other obstacles...however there are small rocks covering the backyard area.
