There's also plenty of fun activities if you don't have a boat or it's too cold to get on the water. This lake house is located in a peaceful cove on a Lake Bob Sandlin which is a great recreational lake as well as fishing. Other things to note It's worth noting that the cell service and WIFI can be spotty in the house. Cell service depends on your provider. It tends to be much better on the dock. We have found the limited access to be a perk of the home given that it forces everyone to unplug from the rest of the world and enjoy the time with friends and family.
