Spacious house in Österlen - central location

Large house on the outskirts of Borrby. Close to local services, local transport and wide white sandy beaches. In Borrby there is also a large, fine football field, bookable tennis court, nice playground, wonderful environments for walks and runs. The community of Borrby is a typical and well-preserved place in the middle of Österlen. A wonderful gem on the same street is the restaurant Köpmangatan 6. The space The house of 180 square meters distributed over two levels. The entrance floor consists of a family room, larger bedroom, dining room, kitchen, toilet and larger cloakroom. Upper floor consists of a living room, bathroom, 4 bedrooms, one of which has a balcony in the east. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost of cleaning is added. Open stoves are not allowed to fire in. 2 TVs are available but no subscriptions. On the lower level, you need to bring Apple TV or another HDMI-connected TV module. The TV on the upper level has all the usual apps built in. So you can only login to Netflix etc. without an external TV module. The lock is a keyless smart lock (Yale) and the code is provided upon check-in. Private parking for the house is available on a private driveway for one car. The owner has her own car parked there aswell. Space on the street is also available if you have more than one car. We see that guests should be over 25 years old.
