Spacious house in Österlen - central location

Large house on the outskirts of Borrby. Close to local services, local transport and wide white sandy beaches. In Borrby there is also a large, fine football field, bookable tennis court, nice playground, wonderful environments for walks and runs. The community of Borrby is a typical and well-preserved place in the middle of Österlen. A wonderful gem on the same street is the restaurant Köpmangatan 6. The space The house of 180 square meters distributed over two levels. The entrance floor consists of a family room, larger bedroom, dining room, kitchen, toilet and larger cloakroom. Upper floor consists of a living room, bathroom, 4 bedrooms, one of which has a balcony in the east. Other things to note Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are not included. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own. Kitchen towels and small hand towels are provided. The cleaning fee is included in your booking total and is shown as a separate charge during the booking process. For insurance reasons, the fireplace may not be used. The house has three TVs: Downstairs: a modern Smart TV (Google TV). Simply sign in to your own streaming accounts. Upstairs: one modern Smart TV with built-in streaming apps. Upstairs: one older TV that can be used with an Apple TV or any other HDMI streaming device. Self check-in is available via a Yale smart lock. Your personal access code will be sent the day before your arrival. Private off-street parking is available for one guest car. Additional free street parking is available directly outside the house. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
