The space First Floor: Here you will find a lounge/music room, three bedrooms (one which doubles as an office), two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a children's bunk bed, along with books and toys. Bedroom 4 contains a sofa bed with a full-sized memory foam mattress. Top Floor: Here we have the serene master bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a queen-sized bed and a luxurious master bathroom. Adjacent to this room is a private library and tv suite, with a quaint deck overlooking the property. Bottom Floor: The bottom floor is home to the gourmet kitchen, the dining room, two living rooms, and a half bathroom. One of the living rooms also doubles as a playroom and contains a wood-burning fireplace. From the dining room, step out to the patio. This space is perfect for outdoor dining or stargazing around the fire pit. There is also a large cedar sauna with an indoor shower, excellent for hot/cold immersion therapy. The Property: Set on 20 acres, this incredible property offers a number of outdoor activities. You can hike through the woods and along Kinderhook Creek on private trails, swim in the creek during the warmer months, and birdwatch any time of year - this property attracts countless hawks, eagles, owls, and more. There is also an adventure playground near the main house; complete with a rock climbing wall, swing sets, a suspension rope bridge, and a lookout tower. Have a little one? Downtown Chatham is a 10 minute drive from the house. There is plenty to do and see in Chatham as well as the surrounding areas. We are located within 30 minutes of Hudson, Kinderhook, and Ghent - all of which have thriving food and art scenes. Catamount Ski resort is also close by, as are the beautiful Berkshires.
