Free Wi-Fi (50 Mbps) is also available. The living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests, complete with large throw pillows, a 60 cm bench for your bags, and complimentary house slippers. ☀️ Dining & Kitchen The well-lit dining area welcomes plenty of sunlight from the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, toaster, wok pan, plates, and cutlery—everything you need for a convenient stay. 🧺 Laundry Laundry is made easy with a washing machine inside the unit. A clothes rack with hangers and fresh towels are provided. A laundry shop is also available at Level 2 for your convenience (service fee applies). 🏊‍♀️ Swimming Pool Guests may use the swimming pool for a fee: ₱150/person/day on regular days or ₱300 on public holidays. Payment is made directly to the Payment Center beside the Admin Office at the Level 2 parking area. Purchase your swimming vouchers in advance to avoid inconvenience. Pool Operating Hours: • Mon: Closed (maintenance) • Tue–Sun: 7 AM – 9 PM Payment Center Hours: • Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM • Sat: 9 AM – 12 NN • Closed on Sundays & public holidays. Please note: Pool schedules may change without prior notice, and a maximum of two vouchers per unit is allowed. Please send the full names of all guests in advance so I can assist with a smooth check-in process. Non-registered will not be allowed in the unit. 👥 Visitors Visitors are allowed for a fee of ₱150 per person, even if they are not staying overnight. Names must be submitted at least one day in advance. For weekend visits (Saturday or Sunday), please send visitor names by Friday morning to allow time for admin approval. Unregistered visitors are permitted up to the lobby area only. No overnight staying for visitors. Vistors who stay overnight will be charged as Guest. Maximum 4 pax only INCLUDING visitors.
