Kushala is a 2400 sq ft Spanish-style adobe home on 20 acres of ocotillo, mesquite, cactus and wildflowers with 360 degree views of Big Bend mountains. 11 miles to Terlingua ghost town and 9 miles to the Big Bend National Park, you can enjoy hikes or drives in the day time, relax at home at night or go out to the Ghost town for dining and music. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace, ceiling fans, front/back porches. Kushala is surrounded by the uniquely beautiful mountains and desert that characterize this part of Big Bend. The house is comfortable and roomy. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking. It's a great location for day trips to Big Bend National Park, including the Chisos Basin, Panther Junction, Rio Grande Village, Boquillas and Langford Hot springs. Or sightseeing, dining and entertainment in nearby Terlingua or Lajitas. Visit nearby Alpine (70 miles) or Marfa (100 miles) for shopping or art galleries. Or you may want to just sit on the porch and enjoy the unbeatable sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. The guests will have access to the entire house and 20 acres of land.
