[MAINTENANCE] Our gardeners come once a week to care for our yards, ensuring that you can enjoy our outdoor spaces to their full potential. They will stop by to care for the trees, sprinklers, and other outdoor areas. If you find any issues during your stay, please let us know, and we will do our best to address them promptly. [ HOUSE RULES ] Please note that any violation of these rules may result in additional charges and/or host intervention. 1) No indoor smoking. No illegal substances are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee. 2) Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. 3) Remove shoes upon entry. Indoor slippers are permitted. 4) No amplified music outside. 5) Restrooms: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. 6) Bedrooms: No food and beverages allowed except for water. Please avoid placing luggage on the beds to prevent bed bugs. 7) Upon leaving the home, please close and lock all gates, windows, and doors. Be sure to turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heater systems. [ CHECK OUT ] Check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out will result in a late check-out fee. 1) Please wash any dirty dishes or run the dishwasher. 2) Toss all used food in the fridge and take all trash to the bins. 3) Sign out of your streaming services. 4) No need to clean any further, that’s our job! Please note that we may charge an additional cleaning fee if excessive cleaning is required.
