The whole house is shared, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and if long term then cupboard space and large fridge as well as washing machine on offer. Sorry no dishwasher so everything needs to be hand washed!! All bedding is washed with non-bio washing power. The house is child friendly but not 100% toddler proofed especially as baby gates now removed and all rooms are upstairs. Guest access One room upstairs and one room downstairs will be blocked off as we will be storing everything in there!! The rest of the house is yours. Upstairs bathroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs, downstairs toilet, Kitchen, Lounge and garden. Other things to note DUE TO ALLERGIES-NO PEANUTS ALLOWED HERE Good free wifi, although please do not use for downloading films or massive files or apps as it blocks the system for others and you will be charged if outside fair usage. Combi boiler means always running hot water. Safe, Secure and homely. You will have your own cupboard in the kitchen, if you are here long term and you are welcome to use all the utensils. Please always clean up after yourself and please always hang your keys by the door so we know when you are in or not. There will be other lodgers who live here who will also hang their keys. Please leave your shoes anywhere in the porch. When no one is home everyone is expected to check the back door is locked and use their key to double lock the front door please. At present we are NOT locking the porch. e lock the front door please.
