There are laundry facilities less than a minute drive in either direction from the house which offers pick up and drop off services. The space Luxurious, chic, newly renovated apartment located on the third floor that has a modern open concept design. Upon opening the door you are greeted with cleanliness, tranquility, and comfort. The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and all necessary kitchen tools, pots, dishes, waffle maker, coffee maker, teas, coffee, seasonings, etc. The living room has a 65 inches Samsung Smart TV, a very comfortable couch with large windows, and house games. There is a dining table with seating for four (4). The bathroom is very spacious consists of a stand up shower with clean modern tiles and great lighting prefect for applying makeup. Each bedroom consist of a 32 inches Smart TV and one Tranquility blissful Queen Beds. There is also a queen size air mattress available if needed with extra linens. Working space is available with desk, chair, and desk lamp. Parking is available on property to the rear of the house. Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are throughout the apartment and fire extingushier available. This apartment is prefect for accommodating up to four persons in a modern and functional environment. Guest access There is Keyless entry to the main entry door and the apartment door. You will be provide with codes for entry for both doors via text and or emails. Other things to note Additional House Rules: Please dispose of all trash in the outside garbage bin to the rear of the house. Please ensure that the kitchen is cleaned and the dishes are washed. Place all used towels in the linen hamper in the closet in the entryway. Inform host promptly of any damage or mishap. No loud noises after 10pm. No smoking/hookah/vaping. No house parties. Only one small dog or kitten are allowed in this apartment and there is a pet fee of $85.00 that should be paid at your time of booking. The person who made the reservation must be the one present at the time of check in. All additional guests must be accounted for at your time of booking. If there is any additional guests noted that is not on your booking there will be a fee of $120.
