This architecturally designed home is set amongst lush gardens with the most spectacular views from every window of either the Great Southern Ocean or the rolling hills of the Otway Ranges. Enjoy the serenity whilst being surrounded by native wildlife from the array of colourful birds to the neighbouring koalas, wallabies and kangaroos that are regularly spotted adjacent to the property. The space This Architecturally designed spacious home has a breath taking gallery style entrance with a double height ceiling made of glass which consolidates a feeling of bringing the outside in. As you enter the lower level of the home you will step down to an open plan kitchen and separate dining area which flows out to the expansive deck with a grand stairway to the front garden. The floor to ceiling double glazed windows throughout the lower level provide an abundance of natural light whilst allowing you to enjoy the most spectacular views from every aspect. On the lower level there are 2 separate living rooms both with a fireplace and tv and another main bedroom with a super king bed and ensuite as well as a laundry with garden access. Two separate internal staircases lead to the upper level which consists of 2 master bedrooms both with ensuites,1 with bath, both with BIR and another living area and an adjoining balcony. A fully self contained cottage with loft consists of a queen sized bed and downstairs kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Guest access Guests are free to explore the entire gardens of the property and are welcome to stay in both the main house and the cottage. Other things to note Prior to booking all Guests staying must agree to submit a form of ID. Please note dogs are welcome however the fences on the property are not secure so dogs should not be left alone outside.
