Home features a formal dining room, eat-in kitchen table, Jacuzzi tubs in both upstairs and downstairs master bathrooms, mini-golf course and shuffleboard table in the game room on the lower level. Two master bedrooms, upper and lower floors feature king size beds, There is a large screen TV both upstairs in the living room and downstairs in the game room with comfortable seating for a house full of family or friends. Bring your pet to Duffer`s Pet Pavilion, and they will stay in luxury too! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet with a limit of two dogs up to a combined weight of 50 pounds. This property doesn`t have a grill and the owner requests you do not bring your own. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Markets.
