Luxe Serene Private Resort is 5 bedroom house with private pool located at the foot of Mt. Makiling which means that our pool is overflowing with natural spring water! we can accomodate up to 32pax The space Amenities: •5Fully air-conditioned rooms with toilet and bath •1kiddie Pool with jacuzzi (optional 500/hour) •1Adult Pool •public shower •gazebo •Pavilion Hall (sala set,dining area with television,billiard table, unlimited use of videoke,kitchen and Restroom). •outdoor furnitures •parking space 3cars •hot and cold water dispenser with 1time supply of 5gallon drinking water •use of refrigerator •use of BBQ grill(pls bring charcoal) •use of microwave oven, large rice cooker,oven toaster •use of gas stove with gasul •lifetime tables and chairs Guest access Since we are a private resort guest can have full access of the house.
