Our space is located in the bustling neighborhood of White Center, WA. Located 6.4 miles from SeaTac Airport (13 minute drive) and 8 miles from downtown Seattle (13 minute drive), we are perfectly situated for both weekend getaways or extended stays depending on your personal needs. As our guests, you’ll enjoy a spacious 875-square-feet, fully-furnished, two King suites, top-floor apartment. External features include (1) free parking spot, keyless entry, and private entrance. NO CLEANING FEE! The space Your private apartment is a fully-furnished, top-floor unit. There are two (2) sets of stairs leading up to the front entrance of your home away from home. You will be provided your own unique access code for the smart lock during your reservation. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a clean, bright, and spacious living room featuring mid-century inspired furniture, 70" smartTV, marble counters, and hardwood floors! The bathroom showcases rich amenities to help you prepare for the day or to wind down at night. Luxurious linens, usb-charging light fixtures, and two king-size beds will ensure a restful night’s stay. You’ll be able to fit and provide sleeping space for up to 5 registered adults comfortably at any one time (2 beds and 1 couch), and your space can be flexibly prepared and arranged depending on the number of registered guests. We also have NO CLEANING FEE AMENITIES: Our amenities are refilled between each guest. However, unlike hotels, we will not be providing you with refills/cleaning during your stay. Desk with workspace Guest access As our guests, you will have the entire top-floor, private apartment to yourselves. A unique smart lock code will be provided to you for access to the unit during your stay. Other things to note 1. The property is in an apartment building and located near 16th Ave which is a main thoroughfare street. We have provided noise and light filtering curtains in the bedroom but you may experience some city noise that may bleed through from the street. 2. As this is an apartment complex, you may hear some other noises from the unit below from time to time. 3. The exterior of the apartment and the building is monitored with CCTV/Security Camera for safety & protection of all guests. 4. By booking the apartment, you acknowledge and agree to follow our Rules & Regulations. Violation of any of the Rules & Regulations may result in termination of your stay and legal action to recover damages. 5. Cadet heaters in the unit make a small buzzing noise when heating up the room. 6. Our amenities are refilled after each guest. However, unlike hotels, we will not be providing you with refills/cleaning during your stay. If you need more, please provide your own. 7. During strong windstorms, the kitchen fan exhaust cover may clap against the building creating noise 8. To use the shower head, pull down on the shower faucet. 9. Please note that the couch is not a pull out couch, sheets and pillows are provided in the closet of the bedrooms for use on the couch.
