Feel good in the half-timbered house with garden

Enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful place. The half-timbered house from 1799 was newly renovated in 2022. On the first floor, a small, fine apartment was created. It has a large entrance area, a combined kitchen/living room with sofa bed (1.40 m), a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. A cozy spot in the garden invites you to linger. In the village, there is a bakery, butcher, grocery store and a restaurant within walking distance. There are also numerous bike and walking trails. The space The apartment is on the first floor of the half-timbered house. There is a common entrance area for both apartments. The apartment on the first floor remains pleasantly cool even in summer due to the thick sandstone walls. The ceiling height is only 1.95 m at the lowest point! This is somewhat uncomfortable for very tall people. The lower apartment has direct access to the courtyard and on the other side to the garden. After the entrance area is the kitchen-living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table for up to 6 people and a cozy couch. The couch can be unfolded to a comfortable lying surface of 1.40*2.00 m. Thus, you can sleep separately or a third person (child) can still stay here easily. Separated by a sliding door is the bedroom with a large double bed (1.80*2.00 m). From the bedroom you enter a small hallway (access to the garden) and from there into a small bathroom with shower / toilet. The hallway also has storage space for suitcases. Other things to note Please note, the ceiling height is only 1.95 m in some rooms. This can be uncomfortable for very tall people.
