Charming village house in Marsillargues

ATTENTION TO AVAILABLE DATES Village house with garden, guinguette style, cocoon. Located in Marsillargues, 15 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte and 15 minutes from the citadel of Aigues-Mortes. Between Montpellier and Nîmes, in the middle of everything in the heart of a charming village. Parking is possible 50 m from the house without any worries. The house is equipped with a pellet stove for comfortable warmth in winter and air conditioning for coolness in summer (only in the living room) The space The village of Marsillargues is charmingly authentic. The house is fully equipped. Enjoy the garrigues of the Gard and the pretty villages of the Herault for a total change of scenery. No cleaning fee, let's assume that we are all responsible by last cleaning us after our visit. This is my home that I rent out during my vacation. Which means there are my personal belongings. Guest access The entire house is available except the garage which will remain closed. Two bedrooms available with a living room, small garden of 30 m2 but more than enough to enjoy. this is my main home that I rent out during my vacation.
