Enjoy the green views of Razor Hill from your window, spend your weekends exploring Sai Kung Park, and enjoy the nearby conveniences of Hang Hau and Tseung Kwan O. The space The 1,100 sqft space is a 3BR unit, but for purpose of our short-term rental are renting as a 2BR (the third bedroom used to store our personal items out of your way). Both bathrooms are well equipped including bathtubs. Full Kitchen includes built-in fridge, stove, oven, steam oven, and a wine fridge. The condo is bright, spacious, and offers a perfect setting for working from home or spending time with family on the weekend. Guest access Mount Pavilia's own shuttle bus (11M) brings residents directly to Hang Hau Station with scheduled departures throughout the day. Several other bus options available on the nearby Clear Water Bay rd with routes to Sai Kung, Choi Hung, Tseung Kwan O, and more. Otherwise, Ubers are readily available, or grab a red/green taxi. Other things to note We are looking for a short-term tenant while we are overseas. Pricing includes electric, utilities, and high-speed wifi. Our domestic helper is also available to visit the condo for a few hours per day (Mon - Sat) to help guests with any needs, including cleaning and cooking.
