Our newest design never seen before. RUSTIC LUXURY! This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Just remodeled townhome in NE El Paso by Hondo Pass US 54 exit. This home sleeps 8 adults comfortably and there’s 2 single beds for kids as well bringing the total to 10 people. Pergola with grill in the backyard, closed off dog park. All tvs are smart tvs connected to wifi. There is no cable and no antenna. The space As you enter the home with the self check in code you’ll be welcomed by an open concept kitchen and living room. Our 10ft island welcomes you to a Rustic Luxury experience. The living room and dining table are all part of the open concept. The dining table seats up to 10 people, a piece that was handmade by my husband. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, pots and pans to cook plus stainless steel appliance throughout including a dishwasher, double oven, microwave, pot filler, full range and long Island. There’s a total of 4 bedrooms in the home, there’s also 4 full bathrooms total all with great showers and water pressure. The master suite features a king size bed, both down & down alternative pillows, beautiful modern decor. Theres a smart TV available for use, a “Might have Forgotten” basket for our guests. There another kind size bedroom and one bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed underneath and 2 single beds up top. The other bedroom has queen size beds with down & down alternative pillows and rustic decor. There’s a hallway bathroom with a shower with great water pressure and a double vanity. Please feel free to use any of the toiletries we left behind for our guests. AC and heating is controlled by one central thermostat for the 2 main rooms. The 2 single bedrooms have heaters available. If you need an extra heater or fan, please let me know. Guest access There is a parking spot out front on the driveway. Each apartment comes with 2 parking space. There is also free parking in the front of the duplex on the street. Guests have access to the whole home, but not including where the second half of the duplex is. There is no connection between each unit. They are completely separated. There is an asphalt area behind the duplex that is accessible as well, but not set up for guests. Are we booked for your preferred dates? Ask us about our other Airbnbs or DM @eptxairbnb Other things to note This is a duplex, the parking lot and laundry room is shared with the other airbnb guests in the next door apt. The laundry room is not connected to the home. You’ll have to exit and head down to the laundry mat across the front porch. There’s one dryer and washer available for your use.
