Our home is split into an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit, allowing groups to visit Sedona together, while also having your own space. Sip coffee to Coffee Pot Rock on our spacious deck, relax and unwind in the hot tubs under the stars, kick back on our luxurious sofas with our 65-inch 4K TV, or snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows in our cozy, cool bedrooms. Lay back and enjoy the Sedona outdoors as you relax and unwind in the bubbling spas, located in two different private, fenced patios with chairs and soft bistro lights for perfect Sedona evenings. —Neighborhood— We are tucked into a quiet, residential West Sedona neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Sedona landscape of lush greenery and red rocks. Gaze at Coffee Pot Rock from the patio and backyard, and hike the Sugarloaf Trailhead just next to our home. Just under a mile from groceries, coffee, restaurants, and shopping in West Sedona, and a 10 minute drive to Sedona Main Street. —Kitchens— We have a fully stocked kitchen upstairs with additional kitchenette downstairs including: •Drip coffee makers with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers •French Door refrigerator with ice maker •Oven with electric stovetop •Microwave •Sink and disposal •Dishwasher •Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need! We have strict outdoor quiet hours from 9:00pm - 7:00am to be respectful of our neighbors and follow city ordinances. As this is our personal vacation home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness of our home is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays in one of our favorite places to be. We would be delighted to host you! Guest access Our home is split into a 3 bedroom upstairs unit, and a 2 bedroom downstairs unit with outdoor stair access in between them. This can be great for larger families to be together, make food together, and stay together, while also having some privacy and separation if needed with two separate apartments. You have access to the two apartments, three patios, and the large outdoor backyard with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Other things to note Please ensure our home is a good fit for your stay - We have strict 9:00pm quiet hours and do not allow parties or events. We like to host quiet, respectful groups that will take good care of our home.
