Private Guest Quarters with All the Amenities

Relax in a quiet neighborhood in your own private attached guest suite, with private entrance. It’s the perfect getaway for couples, families, or business stays. Located on a half-acre property in an equestrian neighborhood provides a very rural feel while also being close to all that Ventura County offers. The space This recently added and remodeled guesthouse includes two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub, a full kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, private patio, and everything you need with your comfort in mind. Inside the kitchen you will find all the necessary silverware, glasses, plates, pots, pans and more to prepare and enjoy a dinner in your "home away from home". The living area features a 55-inch smart TV and a Brookstone massage chair, and both bedrooms feature 42-inch smart TVs where you can relax and enjoy anything from your favorite streaming service. Endless amounts of hiking, biking, breweries, wine tasting, and more are close by. We live in the main house that is connected, but completely separate and private from the guest suite. Just let us know what you're interested in, and we would love to give you recommendations. Guest access We are happy to provide you with a keypad entry code in advance, or we can meet and greet you upon your arrival to show you around and answer any questions, whichever you prefer. There is a parking spot at the private entrance of the guest suite (on the side of the house) with plenty more parking on the street. Other things to note Cameras in the Airbnb backyard are disabled for guest privacy upon request. Front and side yard cameras are always active. Any special requests are encouraged as our goal is to provide you with a peaceful and personalized experience.
