The plane house

House with a large full kitchen and a living room with home cinema. It has a full bathroom with a shower. We have a laundry area with a washer and dryer. It also has two bedrooms with 1.50 x 1.90 beds, large closets, televisions and dressers. We have an office to work or relax and we have a private garden and (in summer its accessories). We also have private parking. ONLY THE FIRST FLOOR IS RENTED. THERE IS NO HEATING The space House with a separate entrance and a large garden. In summer, high season is from June 1 to September 30. There is a chill-out area and a sun lounger and gazebo area. The beautiful Berria beach is 1 km away, and the spectacular tide mill is 1.5 km away, overlooking the marsh. The garden can be enjoyed all year round There is a lockbox for keys in case you go to the beach and don't worry pets prohibited no barbecue There is no heating It is forbidden to bring people from outside the entire property (under penalty) Other things to note We want you to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. This house will be your home during the visit, so we only ask you to be respectful and responsible, just as you would in your own home. Below we detail some more important rules - Respect for the apartment and the neighborhood. Parties, loud noises, or any behavior that may bother the neighbors. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. And if you smoke outdoors, make sure to throw away the cigarette butts in appropriate places. -It is totally forbidden {under penalty and expulsion from the house} for people outside the house and the premises. Surveillance cameras are located outside 24 hours a day. -Pets are not allowed -Responsible use of furniture and appliances. Any damage must be reported and could have an additional cost - Avoid leaving trash when you leave Apartment exit Please follow the instructions in the guest manual. Failure to do so may result in a penalty of 150 euros, as it damages the equipment. - Cleaning -We ask that you leave the apartment in a reasonable state. If extra cleaning is required due to excessive or improper use, a charge of 200 euros will be applied.
