Trifecta: Airport, Beaches and Robots?

Cozy house with a twist.... it's a TRIANGLE! My home is nestled in Miramar, Wellington within a 10 minute walk to/from the Airport. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and open plan living room/kitchen downstairs with access to a side yard. Flat has all day sun, plenty of street parking along with 1 off-street park, and is quiet. Within walking distance you will find New World Grocery, Pharmacy, all of the basic needs as well as The Roxy movie theatre, WETA Cave (LOTR) and Lyall Bay Beach. The space I love to travel and have found that a few non-standard creature comforts would have been amazing. So, we have included a few unexpected items: Kitchen: Brand new appliances with standard white ware, basic spices, microwave, toaster, air fryer, Crock Pot, MagicBullet mixer and electric kettle. Living Room: Super comfy 3 seater couch with built-in endcap recliner, 43" QLED 4k TV, PS5 with a collection of games, eclectic movie library, cozy couch blankets, coat closet. Patio: narrow outdoor area with a small garden (depending on season). Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house Other things to note New Zealand is an amazing place with Wellington at its true heart. I moved here on a one year working holiday visa almost 14 years ago. So, "the other details that may impact your trip" is that you may need to adjust your itinerary!!!!!
