Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire right side of the townhome. Everything provided in the space is for guests use and enjoyment. The only area that is off limits to guests is the owners closet on the main floor which is locked for security purposes. Keep in mind the yard is shared with the other tenants. The other unit may not be occupied during your stay. Please be respectful to other guests and their pets if they happen to be in the yard or on their deck when you are. Other things to note Our goal is to provide a comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable experience. We’re always happy to help — please message us anytime during your stay if you need anything. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out When available, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for $25 per hour. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability. Guest Registration For safety, staging, and cleaning preparation, all guests must be accurately registered. A $100 fee applies for unregistered guests. Lawn Care Seasonally, our lawn care team may be on-site to maintain the outdoor areas. Snow Removal During winter weather, please allow up to 24 hours for snow removal following snowfall. A shovel and ice melt are available for your use if needed during your stay. Travel Insurance Recommendation We strongly recommend purchasing Airbnb travel insurance when booking during months with potential weather-related travel disruptions.
