For your convenience Roku is operating in Guest Mode. You may bring your own logins which will be automatically erased at checkout. A s’mores bar is kept stocked for our guests which switches to a hot cocoa bar during ski season. *A spiral stair leads upstairs to a large open loft with king sized bed (Casper memory foam bed purchased 10/23 with a topper for ultimate comfort) desk area, washer/dryer and powder room. The downstairs private bathroom features a tiled shower with a double shower head and heated floors. * Outdoors relax on the front porch with sunset views over the pond or in the private courtyard by the fire pit or in the hot tub under ambience string lighting. *Please note that due to the curved spiral staircase being the only access to the bedroom upstairs the cabin may be unsuitable for infants or children under 12 as the stairs could be a safety hazard. We offer two other cabins nearby that are suitable for all age groups. This cabin is also NOT pet friendly however we do have another cabin that is perfectly suited for your fur babies. All of our cabins offer free parking. **PLEASE NOTE Although the cabin appears per the photos to be quite secluded, there is another cabin close by. Please be mindful that the pond itself and the bridge belong to the neighbor. Also refrain from exploring the bridge or the far side of the pond by the other homes. However, feel free to take photos and enjoy the pond view and the ducks! The courtyard in the rear of the cabin offers a secluded space to enjoy the hot tub. Other things to note *Please review the lease agreement which becomes binding at booking under “House Rules”. *Our check in time is 4 pm. We send a message when the cabin is ready, and you may check in even if it's earlier than your normal check in time (at no extra charge). *Although we do not allow pets at Fernwood, we are FHA and ADA compliant and allow service animals. As such, this home is not guaranteed to be an allergy free home. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before booking. *For guests arriving in winter, early spring or late fall, please be mindful of the weather. The privately maintained gravel road leading to the cabin may become icy. A 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicle IS NECESSARY in winter weather. *Wooded areas are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and insects. We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the cabin. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. *To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
