This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area. The space Feel free to use the patio in the backyard and entire private 275 square foot studio area with NO kitchen but does have a microwave, small refrigerator, small toaster oven and coffee maker. Guest access Your space is the side yard, patio in the backyard and your own small 275 square foot studio, the entire indoor space is private. Other things to note This entire 275 square foot unit is connected to the main house, NOT a stand alone unit. The house has sufficient insulation for a home built in 1970’s but sometimes voices can be heard. Just like being in the bedroom of a house with the door closed.
