Poolside Guest House

Nice semi-rural area with some local bird-life and keep an eye out for the koalas. The guesthouse has it's own dedicated driveway with remote controlled gates for you to come and go as you please, with a carport adjoining the guesthouse for your use. A day before your arrival I will message the guest with the locked boxed code, located in the carport. Close to Petrie Historical Village with markets and walking trails around Lake Samsonvale. Walking distance to North Pine 9 Hole Golf Course. The space The Guesthouse is separate from the main house and has its own Driveway with a Remote controlled Gate and Carport which is good if you have to arrive late or leave early. The open plan has a kitchenette with a full size fridge/freezer, Air Fryer, Portable Induction cook top with utensils and saucepans, Nespresso coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also there is Queen bed, large lounge with a Smart TV. The Bathroom has a shower and toilet with bath towels, hair dryer and a fan heater provided. Also, there is a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi. The rear door opens up to an outdoor area with a Swimming Pool (Shared), and Weber BBQ with a TV. A welcome pack of Coffee Pods, Tea Bags, 200ml milk, hand cleaner, salt and pepper is provided.
