LIVING The open living space is designed with furniture and accessories from MCM House, Coco Republic and Cadry’s which leads onto an open courtyard with a daybed overlooking the ocean, while the impressive glass sliding doors open all the way to make you feel like you can touch the ocean beyond the verandah. The large chef's kitchen living and dining are luxuriously equipped to entertain guests by the sea. BEDROOMS The bedrooms and bathrooms feature Cultiver linen bedding, Bemboka bath towels and Leif bath products. Sleeping configurations: 2 Queen bedrooms, each with their own ensuites 2 Queen bedrooms with a shared main bathroom and freestanding bath 1 bedroom with 2 King single beds and private powder room 4-car lock-up garage Guest access Entire home. Other things to note Use of premises: a. Only the nominated guest are permitted on the premises. If it’s found to have more than what was agreed upon immediate termination and cancellation of your stay with a no refund policy. b. This property is for short-term holiday stay purposes, and for the times stated on the receipt. c. Strictly NO “Parties or Events Policy” guests must agree that only the guests nominated on the booking will occupy this property. d. Damages, breakages, theft or loss will be deducted from the Bond. If it exceeds the bond further charges may apply. e. The house is in a residential area, therefore no excess noise between 10 pm -8am f.
