We urge all visitors to be very careful. *Children must be supervised in lifts and common areas at all times. *Please take care when moving through the building so as to not damage any surfaces such as walls. *Red/green bins are for general waste and yellow bins are for recycling items. * No parties or events. * No more than 2 cars to be parked on premises. Please use allocated parking only and not visitors parking. * Please be aware that there is a very strict NO SMOKING policy on the property which includes common areas including at the front of the building. * No additional guests or visitors allowed. * No noise after 9.00pm, however if you wish to continue past 9pm please just move indoors. * Please remove all beach sand before entering the building. * We require a minimum of 5 nights during school holidays. * Please no school leavers although we wish you all the best. * Please be sure to turn off the lights, fans, and any electronics when you leave the houseand close the windows and lock the door. * Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. * Please place dishes in dishwasher and turn on and place all rubbish in external bins before checkout. Please note that breaking any of the rules may result in eviction with no refund.
