You can binge on your favorite Netflix series, play your favorite PS4 game, or sing to your heart's content on the videoke, while the kids go for a round of foosball nearby. The bedrooms on the third and fourth floor, including the attic, are all well-appointed. At the balcony on the fourth floor, you can spend some bonding time over a game of kid darts while grilling your favorite barbecue meals. For our younger guests who want to cool it down even more, we have a 12-ft above-ground wading pool just close to a safe 3 ft in depth located at the ground-floor garage. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole property (except the laundry room and adjascent quarters where the caretaker lives in-house) during their stay. We start clean-up by 11am. The three main bedrooms have window-type air-conditioning, while the attic has fans. Also, our caretaker is reachable in case of emergency. She stays at the host's quarters at the ground floor. We are a pet-friendly guesthouse, but please indicate the number of pets you are taking along in your booking. Pets should be in diapers at all times and are not allowed on the couches and beds. Tagaytay has a cool and damp climate, conducive for various fora and fauna to flourish. As you are surrounded by nature, we suggest you have Off Lotion and other bug sprays handy at all times, even though all windows of the house are screened.
