(After the first entry made through buzz code, entry of your friend or family member will be only with the key fob issued to you & not by repeatedly using the buzz call) The space This 2 Bedroom unit is located on the 9th floor. The living area is encased with floor to ceiling windows, the views are spectacular! You'll love being in this condo! It's located in the heart of downtown and the location couldn't be more central. Being across the street from Canada Life Centre, True North Square, restaurants, and cafes, this location is ideal. There is even a sky walk that connects to plenty of restaurants, cafe's and the arena. Forks and the Historic Exchange District is within walking distance. The floor to ceiling windows bring in a tons of natural light. There is in-suite laundry included, high speed wi-fi, Netflix, coffee and tea. The kitchen is spacious, bright and well equipped for your cooking needs. Additionally there is a spacious balcony! Guests love spending time out there. Whether it's enjoying a drink or watching the sunset. ***NO PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS*** (There is a zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit, or any type of party taking place. Noise complaints will result in a $200.00 charge as we get fined and the building residents are disturbed. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises) * If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. We will be notified, evict immediately and fine for offenders* * This unit is meant for quiet enjoyment. Guest access -Guest will have full acess to particular condo only ( no other part of building, no roof top access and no pool table room on 21st floor). -Gym access will be available on bookings of fifteen or more than fifteen days ( only if advance requested, at time of booking).
