Start by walking in to the condo with a private entrance, just a few steps away from your reserved off-street parking spaces which is rare in this area! On the first floor, you'll find a very open space with the living room featuring an 85' Samsung QLED w/ Sonos Arc soundbar, full size kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, a Peloton exercise bike with no special shoes required, and surround sound speakers. On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids. Each bedroom has access to their own full size bathroom and shower. The toilet seats are heated and offer a bidet/wash-let cleaning function. For those nice days, the outside patio is complete with furniture. I also provide high quality individual sized toiletries for sanitary purposes. Plenty of entertainment. Books, board games, a new X-Box, and SNES classic w/ 100+ games. Streaming services logged in ready for you to use are: YouTube TV which provides all local+premium cable channels, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, Paramount+, Apple Music, & SiriusXM. Speakers with Alexa in every room for playing music, turning on Phillips Hue color lights, asking questions, etc. For peace of mind with your valuables, condo features 24/7 monitored alarm. Check in 3:00PM. I do my best to accommodate earlier times if unit is already cleaned. Check out is 11:00 AM. Sorry...NO PETS due to allergies & absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the unit. Any smoking urges can be fulfilled on your private patio, parking lot, or a walk around the lovely neighborhood. Please have a little etiquette.
