Small Studio on a Mini Horse Farm near Silverwood

Enjoy a stay on a miniature horse farm! There are many outdoor activities. A biking path from Athol to Coeur d'Alene, lakes (Spirit Lake, Lake Pend Oreille, Hayden Lake), Silverwood Theme Park (10 minute drive, one of the closest Airbnb), and Farragut State Park (10 minute drive). We're 20 minutes to Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, 5 minutes to Spirit Lake and Bayview. Coordinate with me to feed or groom the horses (must work with my schedule) or just enjoy them in the pasture during the day. The space This is a small studio apartment with a full private bathroom. It has a small fridge, microwave and keurig for coffee or tea. This SMALL studio is NOT suitable for 4 adults, but rather 2 adults and 2 kids. Please see below for bed sizes. Bed sizes: ~One queen size bed ~An ottoman that folds out into a bed 71'' long by 32'' wide. ~We also have a fold out camping cot 72'' long x 28'' wide. The property is on 30 wooded acres, tucked away from the highway. Guest access The room is attached to the back of the garage. It has its own access door into the studio. There is also an outside private patio area with a picnic table. Other things to note ~Please make sure to park in the designated parking spot and not in front of the garage doors. ~Please DO NOT feed the horses your food over the fence. A lot of food is toxic to horses and can cause fatal health problems. ~We run a kids horse camp, rodeo roping practice, horse training clinics, and horse shows during the summer, so please drive slowly on our driveway. There will be kids and animals out and about. This is a family friendly environment! ~We are a true working mini farm in the forest. There will be animal noises. It's not uncommon to occasionally hear a rooster doodling in the morning, horses whinnying, goats bleating, coyotes howling, a moose bugling, dogs in the pasture or free ranging to secure the safety of the farm from coyotes, or a tractor hauling hay to feed the animals early in the morning. ~The space in not recommended for babies, toddlers and service dogs due to the number of farm animals and wild animals like coyotes and moose that free-range our farm.
