The space This is an older Salt Lake neighborhood, but very safe with friendly neighbors that have been there for decades. There are 5 bedrooms total with 10 beds of various sizes. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 6 beds (1 King, 1 Twin-sized bunk, and 1 Full-sized bunk with a pull-out trundle bed underneath). Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 4 beds (1 King, and 1 Full-sized bunk with a pull-out trundle bed underneath). Each unit has a beautifully renovated bathroom with extra sized bathtubs, bluetooth speaker/fan, and multiple shower-heads for the ultimate experience! Both upstairs and downstairs have its own kitchen and laundry. Ideal for short stays, long stays, family reunions, groups of friends, and all of the above! Social gatherings of up to 14 responsible adults encouraged and welcome! Open-invite parties are strictly prohibited and subject to fines. Guest access This listing is for both Units 1 and 2, which is the full Rambler home. You will have access to the entire property, including the hot tub in the backyard.
