Our house is designed specifically for private,laid back,beach side family living. Open & airy with a generous outdoor entertaining area featuring a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen bbq & bar, 12 seat table, daybed, flatscreen tv, in a beautiful lush garden setting. The house is an easy 10min walk to Sunrise Beach along a footpath through the national park with a playground along the way. Located in a quiet court with no through traffic, our house is perfect for your getaway. The space Open kitchen, with gas strut window and food servery looking out to large undercover deck and entertaining area. Dining - outdoor dining table seats 12, indoor dining banquette seats 8. Balinese style lush tropical gardens with lots of great options for sitting and relaxing. Outdoor covered area with day bed overlooking the swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen bbq and bar area , with green wall herb garden. L shaped fenced swimming pool. Living room with large 8 seat recliner sofa. 4 flat screen tv's - living, outdoor living, bedroom 1 and bed 3. Generous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and coffee machine, blender and juicer. 4 bedrooms - 3 queen beds, 1 double beds. Private front deck coming off room 2. 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite with toilet, 2 separate toilets (1 in outdoor entertaining area). Laundry with washing machine and dryer. 1 car parking space on the driveway (inside gate), plenty of off street parking. Our home is very private and secure with fences all round. Guest access Guests can access all amenities in the home. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Our children are 7 & 10 - their books and toys are available on request. Port-a-cot available on request Other things to note This is our family home and personal belongings - please treat respectfully!
