Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, coffee machine, and modern appliances. Outdoor Space: Private pool, fire pit, outdoor dining, and loungers. Extras: washer/dryer (in garage to the left, behind door), BBQ grill, central cooling/heating, whole home water filter and hypoallergenic toiletries. Neighborhood & Location: Located in a safe, upper-middle-class neighborhood with daily police patrols. House Rules & Notes: Security cameras monitor the front and side gate. (none in private or back areas) Pool care is weekly and lawn care is every other week. Trash and Recycle bins are handled by a trash caddie service and picked up on Thursdays (fill bins by Wednesday). trash caddie pushes bins curb side.
